Thank you very much. The book has just arrived and I have to say that I am delighted with it.

The quality of your workmanship has exceeded all my expectations – well done. It was a delight to see the way in which you had resewn the booklets and brought the book together.

I shall enjoy using this book in its new binding.

For the sake of history and the love of paper…is a caption on the Oxbindery link, and we saw this writ large in the amazing restoration of our family Bible. It was a sad looking book, but now is able to be opened and read and enjoyed. I especially love the now visible gold embossing on the page edges. This was earlier lost in the mangled set of loose pages. What a gift.
The Ox Bindery is itself a hidden jewel in the Ox Mountains and getting there is a worthwhile adventure, while Benjamin and Ineke are an example of old-world charm….

I am very impressed with the all the items conserved. The valuation books are certainly a big improvement and being stored in the folders now will be much better. It is also brillant to get the graveyard map and the Drogheda ledgers treated and returned and the phase-boxes are a great addition.

Thank you once again for doing such a tremendous job with the certificate. We could never have imagined that it would end up looking so good. As long as my family can remember it was always badly stained (and that’s at least 60 years)!! Now, for us, it’s almost like new. It is so bright and the colours really shine though like never before.

I want to thank you for the excellent job you did on the 1916 Proclamation which I had a chance to examine a few days back. I also felt the price for the work was very reasonable, and less than estimated.

… as always the quality of the work just stands out.
